Is this the price for just the first month? +
No. The price you subscribe at is your price for as long as you keep the plan. It does not go up after the first month, and it does not change when a campaign ends. If our prices change later, that only applies to new subscribers.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade any time: you pay the difference between the two plans once, the extra credits land straight away, and the new price starts at your next renewal. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, so you keep what you paid for.
Do unused credits roll over? +
Yes, up to a limit. Your credits refill each time your plan renews, and unused credits carry into the next billing period, capped at about one period's worth, so a lighter month isn't wasted. Beyond that cap they don't stack indefinitely.
What happens if I cancel? +
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period. After that, you keep all your videos and brand profiles, but you won't be able to generate new ones until you resubscribe.
What about taxes? +
Prices listed are in USD. Sales tax / VAT (if applicable) is added at checkout based on your billing address.
