Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Royard Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Channel Farm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit channel.farm, create an account, or use our services (collectively, the “Service”). Channel Farm is an AI-powered platform that generates videos from your topics and prompts and, at your direction, can publish them to your connected YouTube channel or Facebook Pages.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (passwords are stored only as a salted hash). If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image.
  • Billing information: your plan, billing interval, and billing address. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Content and inputs: the topics, prompts, scripts, branding profiles (fonts, colors, voice selections), and other inputs you provide, and the videos, voiceovers, images, and other outputs the Service generates for you.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, survey responses, and cancellation feedback you send us.

b. Information from connected accounts (Google / YouTube)

If you connect a YouTube channel, we receive data from Google’s APIs as described in Section 2, including your channel identity and metadata, OAuth access and refresh tokens (stored encrypted), and YouTube Analytics for your channel and videos (such as views, watch time, and aggregated audience metrics).

If you connect Facebook, we receive data from Meta’s APIs as described in Section 2A, including your Facebook app-scoped user ID, the Pages you choose to share, a Page access token for each (stored encrypted), and the status of the videos we post for you.

c. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and pipeline/job events.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and advertising event data: including Meta Pixel identifiers, browser and click identifiers, IP address, user agent, pages and conversion events, and, when you are signed in and advertising is allowed—hashed account identifiers and subscription value. We do not send full payment-card data to Meta. See our Cookie Policy and Section 6.

2. YouTube API Services & Google User Data

Channel Farm uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel and using these features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access and why

When you connect YouTube, you grant the following access through Google’s consent screen:

  • youtube.upload: to upload and publish videos to your channel at your direction.
  • youtube.readonly: to read your channel identity and metadata (channel name, ID, thumbnail, subscriber count) so we can show your connected channel.
  • yt-analytics.readonly: to read your YouTube Analytics (such as views and watch time) so we can display performance and help you improve your content and our Service’s features.

Limited Use commitment

Channel Farm’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained from Google/YouTube APIs:

  • is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you have consented to (publishing your videos and showing your channel and analytics);
  • is not sold to anyone;
  • is not used for advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising;
  • is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models; and
  • is not read by humans unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from within the Service, and you can revoke Channel Farm’s access through your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, revoke access, or ask us to delete this data, we will delete the Google user data we have stored as soon as reasonably possible and within seven (7) days, except where retention is required by law.

2A. Facebook Pages & Meta Platform Data

If you connect Facebook, you sign in with Facebook and choose which Pages to share with Channel Farm. Facebook only lets apps post to Pages, never to personal profiles. Your use of Facebook is also governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.

What we access and why

  • pages_show_list: to list the Pages you manage so you can choose where to post.
  • pages_read_engagement: to read basic Page details (name, ID, category, picture) and to check the processing status of the videos we post for you.
  • pages_manage_posts: to publish, schedule, or save as drafts the videos you choose to post, only at your direction.

What we store

Your Facebook app-scoped user ID; for each Page you share, its ID, name, category, picture link, what your account may do on it, and a Page access token (encrypted); and a record of each post you create (title or caption, schedule, and the resulting Facebook video ID and link).

How we use it

Only to show your connected Pages and to publish the videos you ask us to publish. We never post anything you did not ask us to post. Data from Meta’s APIs is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Disconnecting and deleting your Facebook data

  • Disconnect a Page any time in Settings, Connected channels. Its stored token and its post records are deleted from Channel Farm right away.
  • Remove Channel Farm from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations). Facebook tells us, and we delete every Page and token connected through your Facebook account.
  • Ask Facebook to have us delete your data. We delete it as soon as Facebook tells us and give you a link where you can check the request. See Facebook data deletion.
  • Or email privacy@channel.farm and we will delete it within seven (7) days.

Videos already published to Facebook stay on Facebook; you can delete them there.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • generate videos and related assets from your inputs, including routing your prompts and content to the AI providers and rendering infrastructure described in Section 5;
  • publish videos to your connected channel at your direction;
  • process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide refunds;
  • send transactional messages (e.g., “your video is ready,” billing notices) and, where permitted, product updates and marketing (you can opt out);
  • provide support and respond to your requests;
  • share testimonials: as described in Section 6 of our Terms of Service, we may quote praise or reviews you send us on our website and in marketing, with your first name and last initial, your plan, the date, and any image you provide to us for that purpose. We never use Google/YouTube data, including your Google profile picture, for this, and you can ask us to stop at any time;
  • monitor, secure, and prevent fraud and abuse of the Service; and
  • analyze and improve the Service, including measuring how features perform, testing and improving our script-generation, voice, image, and rendering systems, and analyzing the performance of generated videos. For this purpose we may use your inputs, the outputs we generate for you, and aggregated or de-identified usage and performance data.Exception for Google/YouTube data: as stated in Section 2, data obtained from Google/YouTube APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you consented to and is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR):

  • Performance of a contract: creating your account, generating and publishing videos, and processing billing.
  • Consent: non-essential cookies, Meta advertising tools, marketing email, and connecting your Google/YouTube account. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: securing the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, analyzing and improving our products, and sharing testimonials you send us (balanced against your rights; you can object to testimonial use at any time).
  • Legal obligation: retaining invoices and tax records and responding to lawful requests.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, customer-list Custom Audiences, and similar technologies. Strictly-necessary cookies (such as login/session cookies) are always active. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies load only after you consent where required (e.g., in the EEA/UK). Our product analytics provider (PostHog) may also record masked replays of in-app sessions to help us diagnose issues and improve the Service; form inputs and on-screen text are masked, and recording occurs only with analytics consent. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy. You can change your choices at any time; turning advertising off stops future Meta advertising events and removes eligible account identifiers from our synced customer-list audiences. You can also use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, which we honor as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” where applicable.

7. International Data Transfers

Channel Farm is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and/or a provider’s certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, together with supplementary measures where needed. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us at privacy@channel.farm.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations or to resolve disputes. Google/YouTube user data is deleted within seven (7) days of disconnection, revocation, or a deletion request, as described in Section 2. Facebook data is deleted when you disconnect a Page or remove Channel Farm on Facebook, as described in Section 2A. You can delete generated content from within the Service at any time.

9. Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Your Privacy Rights (EEA / UK)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise these rights, email privacy@channel.farm. We will respond within the time required by law (generally one month under the GDPR).

11. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know and access the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and “sell” or “share”; delete your personal information; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

In the past 12 months we may collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, IP), customer records (billing details), commercial information (subscription and transaction data), internet/network activity (usage and device data), audio/visual information (the content you create), and account credentials (a form of sensitive personal information). We use these for the purposes in Section 3 and disclose them to the providers in Section 5.

“Sale”/“Sharing.” While we do not sell personal information for money, our use of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, customer-list audiences, and similar advertising technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out via our Cookie Policy / “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor. For signed-in users, opting out also stops future server events and triggers removal from our synced Meta customer-list audiences. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@channel.farm. You may use an authorized agent. We will verify your request and respond as required by law.

12. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. We honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms (such as GPC). To exercise these rights, email privacy@channel.farm.

13. Children's Privacy

Channel Farm is a general-audience service intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@channel.farmand we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as by email or in-app). Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
